Red Hot

Happy Valentine's Day!!!  

Here are some pictures of the kids.  I opted for clothes instead of candy because really Alex needed some new pants and well the girls like getting clothes.  It isn't like we "need" anything but I picked these up and just saved them.  The kid's aren't way happy cause I just cussed them out that they need to get ready in the morning with a little more haste... and I really wanted to get a picture of them in their new outfits because I could kiss them to death!!  Also, if I don't get pics of them a few times a year, I don't get pictures period.

I made Weston a Red Hot quilt.  I have had the idea to make Weston this quilt for a bit and the material for a bit longer (I even bought a quilting panto for this specific quilt, it has fire all over) and just started it Tuesday and just finished it last night late.  I may have procrastinated a bit.  All that matters is that it was finished just in time.  I don't know how much he liked it yet because he isn't all sunshine and flowers in the morning and to be fair he did see me making it a few times even though I did my best to be secretive.

Last Pink HOT.  I got myself some bright pink sweats which is the work uniform I prefer.  Anyway, it was a nice to share our faces today because yesterday I didn't shower or put on makeup and had to wear a ugly outfit because the laundry isn't really caught up... those things that should happen don't happen when you try to sew a quilt in two days.
